This little restaurant, named Piccolo pasta, is one of the most delicious Italian restaurants in Tel Aviv. When you enter this little restaurant, it’s like you entered somebodies cozy living room. The restaurant has six tables and a fine war bar upstairs, where you can eat at the bar. The garlic smell overwhelms you, coming from the open kitchen (they have nothing to hide).

The menu looks simple; pasta and pizzas.
I ordered pasta, garlic pasta, of penne and a glass of Italian wine. The pasta costs approximately 50 shekel’s/10 euros, and is totally worth the money. With some fresh Parmesan on top and extra pepper that the waitress offers you, it makes the experience complete.
After the meal the owner and chef, Yoav, came up to talk to us. He asked how we enjoyed the food, where we are from and he gave us advice about the dessert and the grappa’s. He talked to more people in the restaurant and makes it very personal. We ordered a dessert; panna cotta -what means cooked cream, made by simmering together cream, milk and sugar- and I would everybody recommend this dessert!
People from all over the world, delicious Italian food and drinks and a personal atmosphere makes this restaurant unique. Since it is not a cheap restaurant, I would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion. I would everybody recommend to eat at this restaurant!

Recently I ate in this cosy restaurant in Tel Aviv, and I found it the perfect place for a nice and relaxing evening out. We had a very nice pasta and as dessert a panna cotta, really delicious. Just think carefully about your plans for the evening/next day as it is true that the garlic smell is overwhelming;-) I am definitely coming back next time that I am in Tel Aviv!
